Un accord de collaboration a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli entre Syngenta, un acteur majeur dans le domaine de la technologie agricole \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale, et InstaDeep, une entreprise britannique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en intelligence artificielle et apprentissage automatique. L’objectif est d’\u00ab apprendre le langage de l’ADN des plantes \u00bb afin de pr\u00e9dire les comportements des diverses s\u00e9quences g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et d’ajuster leurs performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’association de Syngenta et Instadeep, une entreprise d’origine tunisienne acquise par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande de biotechnologie BioNTech, facilite la r\u00e9duction des cycles de s\u00e9lection de six ans \u00e0 seulement quatre mois gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’analyse des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9nomiques assist\u00e9e par l’intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me avanc\u00e9 con\u00e7u par Instadeep, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab AgroNTI \u00bb, offre la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9coder le langage complexe du code g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et d’am\u00e9liorer le contr\u00f4le des traits et de la performance des cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
