{"id":3832,"date":"2026-02-26T11:58:55","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T10:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/descartes.tn\/?p=3832"},"modified":"2026-02-26T11:58:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T10:58:56","slug":"alerte-sante-le-manque-de-sommeil-prolonge-augmente-le-risque-de-cancer-dobesite-et-de-maladies-cardiaques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/descartes.tn\/index.php\/2026\/02\/26\/alerte-sante-le-manque-de-sommeil-prolonge-augmente-le-risque-de-cancer-dobesite-et-de-maladies-cardiaques\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerte sant\u00e9 : le manque de sommeil prolong\u00e9 augmente le risque de cancer, d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et de maladies cardiaques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sp\u00e9cialiste en m\u00e9decine du sommeil, le docteur Mohamed Turki, a mis en garde contre les dangers du manque de sommeil chronique, soulignant qu\u2019il peut entra\u00eener, \u00e0 long terme, des maladies graves telles que l\u2019affaiblissement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et m\u00eame certains types de cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors d\u2019une interview accord\u00e9e au studio t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 de l\u2019Agence Tunis Afrique Presse (TAP), le docteur Turki a expliqu\u00e9 que le fait de veiller tard la nuit et de ne pas obtenir un nombre suffisant d\u2019heures de sommeil pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e, estim\u00e9e \u00e0 trois mois ou plus, peut provoquer des troubles importants dans l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que ces perturbations affectent particuli\u00e8rement le c\u0153ur, augmentant ainsi les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires, en plus d\u2019impacter n\u00e9gativement l\u2019\u00e9quilibre hormonal et les fonctions vitales du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sp\u00e9cialiste a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que le sommeil n\u2019est pas un luxe, mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 biologique essentielle pour la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du corps et le maintien de la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale.
