Avec plus de <strong>280 entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es<\/strong> et une expertise reconnue dans les technologies de pointe, la Tunisie consolide sa position de leader continental<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un pilier de la cha\u00eene de valeur mondiale : l&#8217;exemple TPS et Plastivaloire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de cette dynamique, <strong>Tunisie Plastiques Syst\u00e8mes (TPS)<\/strong>, filiale du g\u00e9ant fran\u00e7ais <strong>Plastivaloire<\/strong>, illustre l&#8217;excellence du savoir-faire local. Implant\u00e9e depuis 2004, l&#8217;entreprise g\u00e8re aujourd&#8217;hui 3 sites de production en Tunisie, employant 850 collaborateurs, dont une forte concentration d&#8217;ing\u00e9nieurs et techniciens hautement qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e9 de production :<\/strong> TPS fabrique des composants pour <strong>2 000 v\u00e9hicules par jour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expertise technique :<\/strong> Sp\u00e9cialisation en injection plastique, assemblage, d\u00e9coration et ing\u00e9nierie de pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rayonnement g\u00e9ographique :<\/strong> Une production majoritairement destin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;exportation vers l&#8217;Europe et au-del\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;affirmation selon laquelle &#8220;chaque voiture circulant en Europe contient au moins une pi\u00e8ce fabriqu\u00e9e en Tunisie&#8221; t\u00e9moigne de l&#8217;omnipr\u00e9sence du pays dans l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me automobile mondial, m\u00eame si elle rel\u00e8ve d&#8217;une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique plus complexe que d&#8217;une statistique stricte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Tunisie, 2\u00e8me exportateur africain de composants automobiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur est devenu un levier majeur de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie nationale, repr\u00e9sentant environ <strong>4 % du PIB<\/strong>. En 2022, l&#8217;industrie employait pr\u00e8s de <strong>90 000 personnes<\/strong> et g\u00e9n\u00e9rait 7,5 milliards de dinars d&#8217;exportations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vers un objectif de 13,5 milliards de dinars d&#8217;ici 2027<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au <strong>Pacte de Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/strong> sign\u00e9 entre le gouvernement et la <strong>Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA)<\/strong>, le pays ambitionne de doubler ses exportations pour atteindre 13,5 \u00e0 14 milliards de dinars d&#8217;ici 2027. Ce plan strat\u00e9gique repose sur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La cr\u00e9ation de <strong>60 000 \u00e0 150 000 nouveaux emplois<\/strong> qualifi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;augmentation du taux d&#8217;int\u00e9gration locale de 40 % \u00e0 48 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une transition acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e vers la <strong>mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> et durable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et durabilit\u00e9 : les nouveaux d\u00e9fis technologiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;avenir du secteur r\u00e9side dans l&#8217;adaptation aux enjeux de la d\u00e9carbonation. Avec un taux d&#8217;int\u00e9gration de 42 % dans certains v\u00e9hicules, la Tunisie attire de plus en plus l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des constructeurs pour l&#8217;installation de sites de montage complets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, des d\u00e9fis subsistent, notamment le besoin de renforcer l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge (seulement 60 stations actuellement) et d&#8217;augmenter la part des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans le mix industriel. L&#8217;exon\u00e9ration totale des droits de douane sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques depuis 2022 marque une volont\u00e9 politique forte de stimuler ce segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion :<\/strong> La Tunisie n&#8217;est plus seulement une terre de c\u00e2blage, mais un centre de d\u00e9veloppement de process pour les v\u00e9hicules de demain.
